Kat Craddock carried the curiosity, determination, and strong roots of her Pawtucket upbringing into a remarkable career that has taken her from professional kitchens to the forefront of American culinary publishing. When SAVEUR faced an uncertain future, she had the vision and courage to help save the celebrated magazine, becoming its co-owner, CEO and Editor-in-Chief and bringing it back into print.
